I highly recommend it J & J elite carpentry! We originally had a different company come out to replace our stair railings and had a horrible experience. Vanessa and the team were easy to work with and very accommodating. This time around I received 10+ quotes. The job was completed in one day, they took the time to cover my furniture in plastic and left my house clean.
The new railings look fantastic. Thank you!

I was recommended to J&J for replacing old railings and installing a totally new one in my basement. I can’t say enough about how great the experience was! Work was done efficiently, my home was left spotless and the results were so beautiful. All of the craftsmen were friendly and professional and Vanessa kept things moving. Do not hesitate to call!! Jose, Nelly, and the rest of the team are true professionals. Nelly did an excellent job helping me decide what I wanted for my railings. Jose Came out and took measurements. Then his team came out and installed everything in one day with no problem. The entire process was smooth and easy. They were responsive and kept me updated with any changes due to the weather. Overall the whole process was 10/10.

I am so lucky to have found Jose and used his company J&J Elite Carpentry to fix my beaten-up and squeaky stairs. Jose came to stop by and explained what he and his team will do. He gave us a decent quote and the work schedule. Jose and his team are very nice and easy to communicate, super professional, and have excellent craftsmanship. His team showed up on time and had the job done and finished above my expectations. You won't regret to using J&J.

This is the second time we have used J&J to install new railings; for this project our family room was just recently remodeled, and the team installed a railing where a wall once was dividing two rooms. The installer’s carpentry work is great and the painted railing looks fantastic. They also took considerable care of my flooring and residence by working very cleanly and even making any cuts outdoors. Justin and Jose provided great customer service by directly following up and repairing some minor paint and drywall damage that mistakenly occurred during the installation as well which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be using their team again in the future for any other carpentry and railing projects!

Just had my indoor stair railings redone using this company and they were great! Love the outcome and they were so clean and quick. They protected my floors and all woodwork was done outside. Vanessa was wonderful to work with as well.
I also requested quotes from multiple companies and their price was the best. Highly recommend.

J & J removed our 1960's horrible metal railing and installed a beautiful wooden railing with a built-in baby gate! For the baby gate, they built it on-site and even added the cat door at the bottom! They were very thorough and patient with all my questions. From their visit to take measurements to the completed work they were very professional and kind. I highly recommend it! This is the first contractor experience I have had with a positive ending!

LOVE the team at J&J. We needed two sets of stairs for our house and they DELIVERED. We had a simple basement set installed, and then the MOST BEAUTIFUL simple & modern main staircase. I love that J&J do it all- build, install and railings. So many other companies only do one part. They made it so easy to work with them and the quality is unmatched.

Probably the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. Communication was outstanding (includes daily phone calls from Justin during the project with updates and asking if we had any concerns). These guys were great. Their workmanship has been the best I have seen. I do a lot of home repairs myself but when it came to new banisters I felt it was best if I had professionals do the job. J & J Elite Carpentry has a great team of guys who were very careful around my freshly painted walls and newly stained floors. They cleaned up and even vacuumed when done.
My wife and I are very happy we chose this company to do the work. Fast service, and excellent work at a fair price.

The absolute best company I’ve ever hired. We hired them to redo the staircase railing because we wanted an updated modern look and they delivered. Jose and his son Justin the owners were a complete pleasure to deal with. Their crew showed up on time every day and even came back to fix a minor issue and did an excellent job. I just found out that they do a lot of home improvement work and will be calling them for my next project. I absolutely recommend them.
